A recent HBR blog announced that many global corporate boards gave their organizations an "F" in talent development.  Breaking news? Not for the legions of employees who consistently report in annual company climate surveys that they're dissatisfied with development opportunities offered at work.

Join the synergy created by best-selling author Beverly Kaye and co-author Julie Winkle Giulioni (Help Them Grow or Watch Them Go) and co-authors Wendy Axelrod and Jeannie Coyle (Make Talent Your Business) as they share their practical solutions to talent development.

Along with their vast experience and expertise, the authors will share the latest research as they address questions such as:

  • What does career development really look like in today’s changing workplace?
  • How can organizations get the traction to follow through on their commitments to development?
  • Why and how should managers engage in conversations that create meaningful career momentum?
  • How can managers make development an organic part of every day work in their time-starved, priority-overloaded environments?
