Enjoy an extended weekend of connecting, reflecting, learning and having fun.
The theme of this year's retreat was inspired by the work of Joanna Macy, 86, a teacher, author and scholar who continues to teach and facilitate workshops.
She created a theoretical framework for personal and social change and a working methodology for its application. She is best known for her group methods, including WORK THAT RECONNECTS, featuring:

Please consider coming a day early to participate in the BK Leadership Exchange, sponsored by the Berrett-Koehler Foundation, which will be Thursday, October 15th from 10:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m. at the Guest House.
